Patient Experience Week 2024

Happy Patient Experience Week!

Please join us in celebrating this annual event honoring YOU,

the healthcare team members who impact the patient experience every day.

Nationally, Patient Experience (PX) Week provides a focused time for organizations

to celebrate accomplishments, re-energize efforts and honor the people who impact

patient experience. Every person at CGH makes an impact on the patient experience,

whether in direct patient care or supporting those in direct patient care.

From the moment a patient comes through our doors to the time the patient leaves,

we all have an impact on patient experience.

Thank you for all you do!

Please take some time each day to complete the challenges,

view the educational slides and videos, participate in the selfie/photo booth,
and
enter to win prizes! Have fun and have a great week!

For any questions about any of the activities, contact Kaitlin Vandermyde,
Quality Improvemen

    • Why do you think those things made Carmen’s experience positive?

Outstanding in every sense of the word! All staff and medical professionals encountered were professional, personable, compassionate, and honestly concerned about my care.

I’m a new patient to CGH. As a retired CT technologist, my evaluation criteria may be more stringent than a lay person.

CGH has exceeded all the expectations I had. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement. Thank you!
